1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, purchasing services, or engaging with Woman and Womb Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with booking or receiving services.
2. Nature of Services
We provide naturopathic and complementary healthcare services, which may include but are not limited to:
• Naturopathic consultations
• Nutritional and lifestyle advice
• Herbal and nutritional supplementation guidance
• Functional health education
Our services are complementary and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a registered medical practitioner.
3. Medical Disclaimer
• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
• Always seek advice from your GP or medical specialist for medical concerns.
• Never delay or discontinue prescribed medical treatment without consulting your doctor.
• Information provided is based on naturopathic principles and professional judgement.
4. Client Responsibility
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
• You are responsible for your own health decisions.
• You must provide accurate and complete health information.
• You will inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or changes in health status.
• You understand outcomes may vary between individuals.
5. Informed Consent
By attending consultations, you provide informed consent for naturopathic assessment and treatment recommendations. You may withdraw consent at any time; however, this may limit our ability to provide services.
6. Bookings and Appointments
• Appointments can be made via [booking system/platform].
• A valid booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $80.00.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
8. Fees and Payment
• Fees are displayed on our website or booking platform and are subject to change.
• Payment is required within 24 hours of the completed consultation unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept card payment via Stripe.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before further services are provided.
9. Refund Policy
• Consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
• Prepaid packages may be partially refunded at our discretion, less any services already provided.
• Supplements or third-party products are subject to supplier return policies.
10. Supplement & Product Advice
Any supplement recommendations:
• Are general in nature and based on professional assessment.
• Are not a guarantee of outcome.
• Must be used according to instructions provided.
We are not liable for adverse reactions if products are taken outside recommended guidance.
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or adverse outcomes arising from use of our services or information provided.
• You agree to use all recommendations at your own risk.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
• We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
• Your personal and health information is collected to provide services and manage care.
• Information is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm or legal obligation).
• You may request access to your records in accordance with legal requirements.
14. Telehealth / Online Consultations (if applicable)
• You acknowledge limitations of remote consultations.
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, stable connection.
• We are not liable for technical disruptions affecting consultation quality.
15. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (handouts, protocols, guides, digital content) remain the intellectual property of Woman and Womb Clinic cand must not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.
16. Website Use (if applicable)
• Information on our website is for general educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency of website content.
• External links are provided for convenience only.
17. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• There is abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour
• There is a breakdown in practitioner-client relationship
• Payment terms are not met
• We determine continuation is not clinically appropriate

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and apply from the date of publication.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
