Woman and Womb Clinic · ABN 89 868 331 614 · Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Woman and Womb Clinic (ABN 89 868 331 614), trading as woman + womb, a naturopathic clinic operating from New South Wales, Australia. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Health information, not medical advice

Content on this website is general information and education only. It is not medical advice, does not create a practitioner–client relationship, and should never replace advice from your doctor. Naturopathy is a complementary therapy: my care works alongside your GP and specialists, never instead of them. Never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you have read here. In an emergency, call 000.

Services and telehealth

Consultations are provided by telehealth (secure video) Australia-wide. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a private space for your appointment. Telehealth is not suitable for medical emergencies or acute crises. Individual results vary, and no specific health outcome can be guaranteed.

Appointments, cancellations and fees

Current consultation fees are displayed on the booking page and are payable at the time of booking or consultation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full consultation fee. Arriving late may shorten your appointment. The 15-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate health information, including all medications, supplements, allergies, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status.
  • Keep your GP informed about your naturopathic care, and continue any prescribed medical treatment unless your doctor advises otherwise.
  • Take herbal medicine and supplements only as prescribed, and tell me promptly about any reactions or changes to your health or medications.
  • Check with your private health fund about any applicable rebates — cover varies between funds.

Herbal medicine and products

Herbal prescriptions and practitioner-only supplements are dispensed for the named client only and must not be shared. For health and safety reasons, dispensed and opened products cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) — for example where a product is faulty.

Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, branding and graphics — is owned by Woman and Womb Clinic and protected by copyright. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other reproduction requires written permission.

Third-party services

Bookings and payments are handled by SimpleClinic, and this site links to platforms such as Instagram. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the website or services is otherwise limited to resupplying the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on general website content in place of personalised professional advice.

Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page. Questions are welcome at hello@womanwomb.com.au.
