What I see most often
- Tummy pain, reflux, constipation or loose stools
- Eczema, rashes and other skin flare-ups
- Catching every bug that goes through daycare or school
- Suspected food intolerances
- Unsettled sleep
- Fussy or restricted eating, and the worry that comes with it
The whole picture, not just the symptom
Consults are long, because with children the story matters: birth and feeding history, gut function, skin, sleep, appetite, immunity and what has already been tried. Where testing genuinely helps I’ll say so, and where it doesn’t, I won’t order it.
Gentle, age-appropriate care
Treatment is dosed for age and weight, and built to be realistic for family life: food and feeding changes, targeted nutrients, and gentle herbal medicine where it’s appropriate. Teens get their own version of this conversation, including skin and cycles. Always alongside your GP or paediatrician, never instead of them.
Ready when you are
We talk through what’s going on and you get a straight answer about whether your situation is something I can help with. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Bring your story, and any results you have lying around.
